Refund Policy

At Sabella Dal Cuore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
